Samuel Cadiz was raised on the family farm in San Mateo, Isabela, Philippines. He used to pastor water buffalo on the farm every Sunday when he was a kid. Not knowing that God will call him to ministry and pastor people. He is married to Norma Cadiz and God blessed them with three lovely girls: Kezia, Angela and Kaye.
He used to be a Bible teacher for Grade 7 and grade 9 at Northeast Luzon Adventist College, Philippines before accepting the call for pastoral work.
They moved to Canada in 2015 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. While doing his college diploma in Addiction Counselling and Community Services at CDI College, he volunteered to give bible studies and to help the Filipino Seventh-day Adventist Church in Winnipeg. Then was hired as a Bible Instructor for the Native Ministry under the Manitoba- Saskatchewan Conference. At present, he is the assigned pastor of the Calgary M.E.T.R.O Filipino, Calgary Fil-Can Seventh-day Adventist churches, and the newly organized Chestermere Company.
Pastor Sam is passionate about growing his churches, reaching out to people in the community, and assisting them to find a meaningful life in Jesus Christ.
